Michael Reback (he/him) is an educator and nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience shaping innovative, student-centered learning experiences across museums, universities, and community organizations. He currently consults for NYC Public Schools, partnering with educators and cultural institutions across all five boroughs to strengthen teaching and learning in the visual arts system-wide. Previously, Michael served as Senior Manager of School Programs at the Brooklyn Museum, where he led strategy, operations, and program design for initiatives serving more than 30,000 K-12 students and teachers each year. He has also held program leadership roles at Mural Arts Philadelphia and the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and has taught graduate coursework at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Teachers College, Columbia University. Michael holds a BA in art history and urban studies from Vassar and an EdM in arts in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
