Jesse Graff (he/him) currently runs the strategic finance team at Setpoint, a fintech platform offering an operating system for asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Setpoint recently raised $40 million in Series B funding, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Citibank, and Wells Fargo. Prior to Setpoint, Jesse founded his own consulting firm, providing his clients with valuable insights into their financial and operational strategies. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff to the CFO at Compass (NYSE: COMP), helping scale the business into the largest residential real estate company in the United States. Jesse started his career at Deutsche Bank as an investment banker in the Consumer Group.
