Jack O’Brien (he/him) graduated from Vassar in 2023 with a degree in Science, Technology, and Society. After graduation, he joined the Industry Relations team at the American Chemical Society in Washington, D.C. This past summer, Jack began his second role as a Healthcare Research Manager at Guidepoint. In this position, he supports clients, primarily institutional investors, by facilitating their research through the identification of relevant key opinion leaders (KOLs) and subject matter experts across the healthcare industry.
Advice to Students:
Use your summer internship experiences to identify your interests and try new things. Even if you have a plan, do not be afraid to deviate from it and explore your passions. You will be working for most of your life, so there is no need to have an exact plan from the start!
