Ronela Haxhiaj (she/her) graduated from Vassar in 2020 with a BA in Economics and Political Science. After graduation, she interned with UNICEF’s Global Programme to End Child Marriage, supporting initiatives that advance gender equity and child protection. She then joined Guidehouse as a state and local government consultant, working with New York State agencies on grant management and technology transformation projects. From 2023 to 2025, Ronela earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Following Tuck, she joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate, where she hopes to continue building her career in public sector consulting.
Advice to Students:
Have confidence in the value you bring, and fully believe that you deserve to be in every space you’ve earned your way into. It’s easy to doubt yourself, but it’s important to remember that you’re there for a reason, not by chance.
