Race Bottini (he/him) is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions. Currently a Senior Data Analyst on the Advanced Customer Analytics team at FanDuel, Race collaborates with senior leadership to deliver insightful analyses that inform marketing, innovation, and performance strategies. With a strong background in data modeling, audience management, and advanced marketing segmentation, Race has successfully implemented data-driven solutions across various industries. He believes the combination of a strong liberal arts education and data leverages the perfect employee to see the business at large, and is able to find data-driven recommendations to help any stakeholder. Race was an economics major at Vassar, with a minor in mathematical statistics. He later continued his education, earning an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business with a focus on business and data analytics.

Advice to Students: 

Networking is crucial in today’s job market! It can be challenging if you are not a natural, but remember, networking is simply about building relationships and friendships. When you reach out to your budding network, you are not a bother. Most people are happy to help, and if they can’t, they often feel more regret than you do. So don’t hesitate to connect and engage with others.
